Oh my gosh--it looks deadly. Did you end its life before it eats a child? I really really dislike snakes. I know it is not their fault they are a snake but its not my fault either. Don't like them and it's okay that I don't. I feel completely satisfied with my decision to not like them. They are creepy and unhuman and I never want to see one in my back yard though earlier this summer your dad saw a copperhead. Now those guys are deadly and all your dad did was leave the back yard and tell me not to mow back there. Well the grass was up to my belly button and I had to--he doesn't mow, remember. Well I mowed and kept my eyes on the ground around me and never saw him. I did, however, see a hole in the ground about the size of a silver dollar over by the fence at Anita's house (Jeanie's old house). Thought that it might be a snake hole but didn't get down and stick my eye into it to find out--Sometimes you will see a trait in an Oklahoma woman that will make you proud to be an Okie. This was the time and the trait.
