Back in School....ARGH!

Well, school has begun again for the summer semester and to my frustration, my online class is not going as well as expected. Having a little problem watching the much needed lectures. So, as you can imagine, the stress level is quite high! If someone out there has loads of computer experience...please let me know! I need some serious help. My cable company is of course blaming the "other" guy and the "other" guy is blaming my cable company! ARGH!!! (sidebar: never, ever take another online class.....EVER!)
